Brian is a tax partner based in Withum’s East Brunswick office and is a certified public accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience serving public companies’ tax needs and closely-held businesses, including all aspects of tax compliance for partnerships and corporations. Brian advises clients regarding the structure and tax consequences of new business ventures and restructures existing businesses for increased tax efficiency. Before joining Withum, he was with a “Big 4” accounting firm, working closely with large, multinational real estate investment companies.
A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS degree in accounting, Brian also received his juris doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey. Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the American Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association, and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA).
Active in his community, Brian serves on the board of directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Mercer County and the Lawrence Township Education Foundation. He resides in Mercer County, NJ.

David Poillucci has over 15 years of public accounting experience specializing in tax planning and compliance for c-corporations, s-corporations, and partnerships. He is an active member of the Firm’s Tax Services Group and concentrates on providing high-value tax incentives to clients, such as the research and development tax credits and U.S. export tax incentives. Additionally, David specializes in tax law research, tax audit representation, and working with multistate middle market clients. Poillucci has industry expertise in manufacturing, financial services, and restaurant/hospitality services.
Poillucci received his master’s of science in taxation from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ, and received his bachelor’s in accounting from Roger Williams University, Bristol, RI.

Ian Taylor is a senior tax manager at Withum. He specializes in pass-through and corporate taxation, including planning for closely-held businesses and their owners. He is a member of the Firm’s Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics Group, Real Estate Group, and Pass-Through Services Group. Ian has authored several articles on tax reform topics as well as export incentives such as IC-DISCs.
